This series contains plans for drug abuse and alcoholism prevention programs and services which were submitted to citizens of the state and to federal agencies for formula grant funds. Topics include policy and planning processes, analyses of needs, general administration, prevention, intervention, treatment, planning and coordination, manpower development and training, management information systems, financial supports, etc. Appendices contain copies of acts, executive orders, bills, agreements, Governor's Advisory Council minutes and by-laws, catchment area maps, tables of acronyms, surveys of drug usage in state institutions, reports of research, minimum standards, etc. Tables, graphs, charts, including organizational charts, and maps illustrate data obtained for the Plans. The series additionally contains an undated mimeographed report on an inpatient treatment program for alcoholics at Bryce Hospital by Waters C. Paul.
